I just came across some photos of this simple but sweet cake in my photo library and realized I never posted them! It's actually been about a year since I made the cake for a really sweet bride and her bridal shower. About time I posted it, right? Two tiers (6" and 8") topped with a pair of apples I made by modeling Rice Krispies Treats and covering in fondant.
