We are looking for an energetic individual to add to our floor technician team! The floor technician is responsible for the maintenance of all floor work completed at each job location.
Floor Tech Responsibilities:
• Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas and other areas.
• Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
• Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping and waxing floors.
• Measuring chemicals correctly.
• Operating chemical dispensing units.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.
• Keeping inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assisting with hazardous waste collection as requested by supervisor.
Floor Tech Requirements:
• Floor maintenance, janitorial, or other related experience preferred, but not required.
• MUST have open scheduling available Mon- Fri, and some weekends.
• MUST be able to START work in afternoon/evenings, working into the night.
• Physically agile.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
