Hello Webtalkers,

As a brief update, earlier this year Webtalk was accepted into the NewChip accelerator to help us raise a $10MM funding round.

NewChip is one of top accelerators in the US that only accepts the top 3% of candidates, and as a result has a 70% success rate of getting companies funded.

We have been heads down working on our due diligence documents to raise another funding round. At the same time, our team has been planning and designing the next generation of our technologies once the new funds are received.

There have been some recent updates to our Android and iOS apps to improve the experience and fix bugs.

Another update is coming soon that will fix the issue with video ads not reloading quickly, which is requiring a page refresh to load more video ads to earn more points. Once the fix is deployed, new videos ads will appear automatically after one finishes until the ad is closed.

After the new funding round has closed, we will be working on major enhancements across the board for our final release and official launch.

REWARDS

-New creator/influencer comp plan paying up to 60% of ad revenue back to creators

-Up to 50% net ad revenue share with affiliates (up to 80% of all ad revenue paid out between creators and affiliates)

-Earn up to 10% of gross ad budgets for referring advertisers directly, no limits or caps (if an advertiser you refer spends $1MM per month, you earn $100K/mo)

-New commission plan will have new ranks with the ability to earn overrides through TEN (10) levels of referrals based on your individual referral and sales efforts as an affiliate.

-New Rule: must be a Webtalk Verified user to earn rewards

Why?

During our Beta testing we discovered many bad actors working to defraud the rewards program. As a result, requiring verification is the only method to prevent fake accounts and fraud at the highest levels to ensure everyone has a chance at creating success with our Rewards program.

Lastly, we are also working on Webtalk Coin (WTC). All creators and affiliates will have the option to be paid in WTC as a self-mining coin.

What will be unique about our coin is that holders will receive dividend payments based on Webtalk’s revenue.

Soon we plan to release a pre-launch of our coin issuing FREE COINS to our customers. We plan to launch our own credits platform where you will be able to use credits to make purchases within Webtalk. Our users will be able to purchase up to $1000 in credits per day awarding $1000 of free coins per day. The sooner you purchase credits the more free coins you will be awarded because the value of coins increases with each issuance.

Once your referrals spend credits to puchase ads, subscriptions, and webtalk swag they become commissionable as an affiliate. Credits themselves are not commissionable until they are used to make purchases.

WTC is planned to be listed on major exchanges after we have given away 100M free coins or within 12 months, whichever is sooner, and our coinsholders will have the ability to earn a percentage of potentially hundreds of millions or billions of dollars in dividends paid to coinholders.

Webtalk Rewards Comp Plan Updates

Behind the scenes we are working to give our Rewards comp plan an upgrade that will make it more lucrative for all of our affiliates.

A few key changes we are considering prior to coming out of Beta...

1. Much higher ad reward payouts for content creators to attract top influencers ie. 10% for under 10K views/mo, 15% for 10K-100K views per month, 30% for 100K - 1M views per month, 60% for 1M+ views per month

2. Promotions that help you get your Webtalk premium feature subscriptions FREE

3. New compensation structure that has three tiers... Affiliates, Super Affiliates, and Diamond Affiliates.

4. Paying commissions up to 10 levels deep (Super Affiliates & Diamond Affiliates)

5. Earning Webtalk Coin (WTC) for engagement, making purchases, referral engagement, and referral purchases (coin will pay company wide revenue-based dividends) ---Replacing the points system

NOTE: We are also looking into allowing top content creators to launch your own subscription services so your followers can subscribe to your premium content, similar to; YouTube Channel Memberships, Instagram Subscribe Memberships, and OnlyFans.

As an affiliate, you will also earn a percentage of your influencer referral's monthly subscription revenue.

NOTE: If we choose to make these updates we will also be dividing the rewards into two sections.

Creator/Influencer Rewards (gross revenue payouts)

Creator = less than 10K views/mo
Super Creator = 10K-100K views/mo
Micro Influencer = 100K- 1M views/mo
Influencer = 1M+ views/mo

Affiliate Rewards (net revenue payouts)

Affiliate (commissions up to 5-levels deep)
Super Affiliate (refer 5 customers, earn commissions up to 10 levels deep)
Diamond Affiliate (refer 5 Super Affiliates, earn an enhanced commission plan through 10 levels)

Gross vs Net Revenue Payouts ...means we will pay creators/influencers first, then divide the remaining revenue with affiliates.

Going this route will allow Webtalk to pay competitive compensation to creators/influencers to compete against YouTube Monetization, while maintaining a highly attractive affiliate program for referring creators and influencers to join Webtalk and for influencers to promote Webtalk to their followers in other platforms.
