Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are looking for Reach Truck Operators and Cherry Picker Operators to ensure our operations run seamlessly. You’ll work closely with Warehouse Management and the WMS team to track product shipments, analyze inventory positions, and maintain high KPI standards.

*What You’ll Do*
Operational Support: Operate reach trucks and cherry pickers.
Must have prior experience operating.
Maintain Accuracy: Conduct daily physical cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
Analyze & Report: Produce inventory KPI reports for Senior Management and forecast potential shortages or space needs.
System Management: Set up new items in the WMS and maintain inventory tracking systems.
Quality Control: Account for defective or damaged products and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Quality Manager on SOPs and participate in facility layout and process flow discussions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Ability to use WMS and reporting tools to balance inventory.
Physical Requirements: Ability to reach, bend, climb, and lift up to 50lbs safely.
Experience: Prior experience operating a cherry picker is required.
Safety Mindset: Knowledge of OSHA Safety Regulations and a commitment to company policies.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures.
