Our menu changes seasonally to allow is to take full advantage of the freshest produce that our community has to offer.

New Years "Benedict" at The Factory this morning
Pimiento cheese cornbread topped with creamed collards, thick slice bacon and poached eggs finished with a Tabasco hollandaise and fried black eyed peas. A little more luck and money for you believers out there.

We have had lots of folks share with us their favorite ways to eat our pimiento cheese. We know that lots of you love it on our fresh Ciabatta bread, some like it on crackers, we heard some ooh's and aah's when we served it over BBQ today at Jack-O-Lantern Farm, a few honest souls admit to eating it right off the spoon.... but this might be the best we've heard yet!
