The inaugural Bone-E-Fit was held on May 3, 2007 and after several years of hard work, a pet parade was held on Feb. 11, 2012 to move from the old shelter into the new facility on McCurdy Road.

According to reliable sources, a brief respite from this much-needed rain is expected between 7-10pm tonight. Preparations are underway, with tents set up and the Bone-e-fit proceeding as scheduled.

The countdown is ON for the 18th annual Bone-e-fit fundraiser for the Florence Area Humane Society.
This Thursday evening, May 7th from 7-10pm.
