WellSpring Psychology Group, LLC is actively recruiting LPCs and LISWs who are passionate about patient care to join our private group practice in South Carolina. What we offer clinicians:
Sign on bonus and relocation assistance
Flexible schedule (including 4 day work week if desired)
Generous compensation with uncapped earning potential. Starting salary of 45k plus bonuses.

What we expect from clinicians:
Be comfortable working without being micro-managed but flexible enough to make changes when needed
Ability to provide excellent individual psychotherapy.
Family and Children's Services are an important part of our patient base. Providers comfortable in these areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
Provide excellent clinical services including presentation and interventions that reflect a well rounded and professional service while being approachable to patients and staff
Offer flexibility, be comfortable in your own skin, and ready to laugh with colleagues
Able to pass yearly background checks through the division of criminal investigation and abuse registries
Contribute energy to a team of hardworking and competent professionals who provide a high level of professional care fostering integrity and ethical behavior
Bilingual skills a plus
