Next up on our meet the managers series is our Director of Maintenance Craig McKee!
Craig was born in Bay City and lived there most of his life before meeting his wife, Shelly, in 2014. Together, they built a wonderful, blended family with Shelly’s two children, Zach and Paige, who have since blessed them with four grandchildren. Craig especially cherishes spending time with his grandkids and enjoys relaxing by going fishing whenever he can.
Around the workplace, Craig is a favorite among staff. He’s known for always stepping up to deliver lunch—whether you asked for it or not! His reliability and good attitude make him someone everyone can count on.
Craig’s strong work ethic started young. At just 15 years old, he landed his first job at Lou Roe Horse Training Facility, where he did just about everything… except work directly with the horses.
Looking ahead, Craig dreams of traveling to New Zealand, which he believes is the most beautiful place in the world. And while he enjoys many things in life, he admits there’s one thing he misses the most—his hair!
