We are the only Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility in Lauderdale County that is licensed by the Alabama Department of Public Health and we have maintained compliance with their regulations since our inception. Specialty Care Assisted Living provides for the safety and security of those residents whose cognitive impairment requires that they receive attention and supervision beyond what is needed in the traditional Assisted Living community. The Green Oaks Inn Creel House and Green Oaks Inn Pepper House are the only licensed SCALF facilities in Lauderdale County. Our services and amenities for every resident include:
