On this Memorial Day, I reflect on the people who serve and have served. Those who fought, still fight, and have died for the American dream.
Recent history has made it hard to celebrate anything. But today I remember and honor those who came before me, and vow that their sacrifice will not have been in vain. That the ideals of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, justice, and equality will be available for all peoples.
That the American dream they fought and died for will not disappear from this earth. 🇺🇸
