The members have spoken…Tonight’s Member’s Choice group exercise class will be Cardio Circuit! Join us tonight at 6:00 pm for this 45-minute circuit workout that will include toning and cardiovascular conditioning. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Free to members; $15 walk-ins.

REMINDER: JLF walking group is meeting at Black Creek Trail, 1280 N. Irish Road, Davison tonight at 6 pm. All participants will meet at the pavilion behind the Davison Township Offices. Its a beautiful day for a 2-mile walk on a paved, flat trail. Hope you can join us!
