Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our team in providing high-quality educational experiences for children.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and have a passion for nurturing young minds. This role requires effective leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment for both staff and students.

Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations of the child care center, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
*Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
*Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
*Collaborate with parents, staff, and community stakeholders to promote the center’s mission and vision.
*Manage enrollment processes, including student recruitment and retention strategies.
*Maintain accurate records related to student progress, staff performance, and center operations.
*Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all children in care.
*Conduct regular assessments of programs and services to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements
A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of education administration principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Commitment to creating an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity among students and staff.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
