A little over two years ago my partner and I wanted to share our love of vintage home decor with others. He’s been successfully refinishing and building furniture in TN since 2020. In 2023 we decided to expand into Western NC, just to “see what happens” and to have another way for us to connect and work together. I originally wanted to name our booth something after my dog at the time, Rudy, but it wasn’t right and then in the middle of the night I came up with the name Mid-Century Magic, a perfect encapsulation of both of us.
