Sunday afternoon. On the couch.
Realized I forgot to update my sales page.
Old me... opens laptop, logs into the page builder, fights with the editor for 30 minutes.
New me... talked into my phone instead. Told my AI agent what to change.
Few minutes later... done. Went back to Netflix.
Most people are still using AI like a search engine. Ask a question, get an answer, close the tab.
That's conversational AI.
Agentic AI is something else entirely.
You give it an objective. It plans. It coordinates. It executes across your actual tools.
You talk once. The system does the work.
This week's newsletter breaks down the whole system I'm building... including what Anthropic, Perplexity, and NVIDIA all announced in the last two weeks.

A year ago, this would've required a full team.
Content writer. Social media manager. Video editor. Someone to manage all of them.
$15K+ a month in payroll. Plus the feedback loops. The Slack messages. The "hey, can you hop on a quick call" messages (that end 45 minutes later).
I know because I ran that team. For years.
Here's what I did instead for my personal brand...
I built a team of AI specialists.
A content writer trained on my voice. A social media manager that turns one newsletter into a week's worth of posts. A creative director that handles all my graphics. An AI twin for photos. A video system for content without cameras. A complete content repurposing workflow.
That's the content flywheel.
It runs in under an hour a day. It's produced 600+ leads in four months.
In my other businesses, I’ve generated 600 leads in a day with paid media…
But these are all organic. And even better, they convert at 4x the rate of paid traffic.
On Saturday, March 28th, I'm hosting the Create Epic S**t Workshop 2.0 with my co-host Jessica Davis.
A live, one-day build session where we put the whole thing together.
On Zoom.
You show up, we build it, you leave with the system running.
I've been working on this all week and it's brand new material.
If you went through the Magnetic Brand System, great... you've got your foundation.
If you were at the original Create Epic S**t Workshop... you've got even more under your belt.
Saturday goes way beyond both.
I'm teaching how to set up projects so your AI has the right context without burning through credits. How to create skills... repeatable processes that produce consistent results every single time you use them.
We're going from a general "do-it-all" content specialist to what I'm calling ultra-specialists...
AI that's dialed into one specific platform. A LinkedIn specialist that understands what's working on LinkedIn. That can connect to your metrics. That gives you a feedback loop to actually improve over time instead of just guessing.
And connections... how your AI talks directly to your CRM, your social platforms, your email. From one tool. Not six apps duct-taped together.
Everything is built on a platform most people haven't used yet.
I've tried every major AI tool out there over the last two years. Built entire systems on some of them. This is the one I keep coming back to. It's the one running behind the scenes.
It handles content, graphics, images, video, websites, copy, email sequences, and course creation. All in one place. You give it a task, it plans the steps, executes them, and delivers a finished result.
It builds websites. It creates AI twins. It connects to your CRM. It runs in the background while you're at lunch.
(I spent over $20K on AI tools before I found this one. Most of that was noise.)
And know this... everything we build on Saturday is platform agnostic.
You can take these skills to Claude, to ChatGPT, to whatever comes next. This is all about becoming AI proficient in a way that future-proofs you no matter what changes.

I was in Cabo for three weeks running my business from my phone. Posting photos. Broadcasting my whereabouts to hundreds of people.
Then on February 22nd, the Mexican military killed El Mencho — head of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. $15 million bounty.
His cartel retaliated. 228 vehicles burned. 141 businesses destroyed in Puerto Vallarta. Flights suspended. Shelter-in-place orders.
Cabo and Puerto Vallarta are hundreds of miles apart. Didn't matter.
The media made it sound like the entire country was on fire. Cartel henchmen storming resorts. Cars getting firebombed. Total chaos.
So everyone back home is watching CNN thinking we're dodging bullets at the pool bar.
Now imagine my mom gets a call.
"Mom, something happened. I need you to wire $8,000 right now. Don't call anyone else... the phone service is spotty and I might lose this connection. I'll explain everything when we're safe."
Of course she wires the money.
Except it's not me.
It's my AI-cloned voice.
This is happening right now. To real people. For real money.
This week's newsletter covers why I now have a safe word with my entire family.
(And how I ran my whole business from a pool bar using nothing but my phone and my voice.)

I might never open the god-awful Facebook Ads Manager again.
I've been consolidating my AI stack over the last few weeks... trying to root out inefficiencies. Kill redundant tools. Double down on what delivers.
And I keep coming back to one tool.
The same one running my entire content operation right now.
And get this.
It just launched a direct integration with Meta's ad platform.
Now you can research competitors' ads. Analyze what's working. Generate the creative and copy. I can package everything and launch through my CRM without ever opening Ads Manager.
I'm testing it this week. Launching campaigns. Generating data.
I'll report back in a future newsletter with the full breakdown... what worked, what didn't, and whether this thing can actually replace a media buyer.
(My gut says yes. But I've been wrong before.)
Speaking of my newsletter...
If you want to see my full AI tech stack... every specialist, every automation, and how one newsletter per week turns into 30 days of content and 600+ leads...
I just laid the whole system out for the first time.

4 weeks in Cabo. 1-2 hours of work per day. AI team running operations back home.
Honest grade... C+.
Automations broke. Multiple times. My AI agent went down so often I stopped counting around day 8. The daily business briefs I set up fired reliably exactly once... on the last day of the trip. (Good stuff.)
And yet...
Four newsletters went out on schedule. The CRM kept running. Leads got flagged. Support tickets got routed. The business didn't stop.
So how does a C+ system still keep the wheels on?
And what would I change if I ran the whole experiment again tomorrow?
Wrote the full honest breakdown in this past week's newsletter. What worked. What broke. What saved the whole operation. And the one lesson I keep coming back to that has nothing to do with tools.

I run two businesses in 4 hours a day.
Two years ago I would've called bullsh!t on that.
But I started tracking where my hours were actually going.
Not the story I told myself about how I spent my time. What I was actually doing, hour by hour.
Turns out most of my day was noise.
Slack threads that didn't need me. Meetings that could've been a 3-line message. Reviewing work I should've delegated.
When I stripped all that away, the real work (the stuff that moved revenue and built the brand) fit into about four hours.
Three things. That's it. Everything else is fake work.
I break down all three in this week's newsletter, including the framework I stole from one of the sharpest business minds I've come across in 25 years.

I had breakfast with Tim Ferriss in 2011.
Wanted to ask him one question the whole time.
Didn't have the balls.
"Do you actually know anyone doing the 4-hour workweek?"
Because I had a pretty big network... entrepreneurs, marketers, people who'd been in the game for years... and I'd never met a single person who pulled it off.
Not one.
Fast forward to right now...
I'm in Cabo. Ripping around the desert in a Can-Am with my wife. Sunburned. Probably voided our travel insurance. (I regret nothing.)
And my AI team is running operations back home for $426 a month.
No contractors. No HR drama. No 3am Slack fires.
The 4-hour workweek wasn't wrong. It was just 15 years too early.
I wrote the whole story in this week's newsletter... the $426 setup, what Keith Cunningham taught me about "dumb tax," and why I think the infrastructure finally exists to make this real.
