Are you recovering just as much (if not more) than you are training? This is a key proponent in injury prevention and muscle recovery.

Active recovery = move in a way that is not taxing to your body.

Do things like: long walks, bike ride, swim, yard work, things that you enjoy.

Wednesdays are a beautiful day for AR because its the middle of the week and makes it really easy to build training around.

Make it fun and personalize it to you! I’ll be riding a spin class tonight for mine :)
