Grow Your Brain classes for grades 2-12! This class teaches the skills that ADD/HD and ASD brains lag in...like following directions, listening, staying attentive, breaking big tasks down into doable chunks, motivation, handling constructive criticism, setting goals, etc. We also work on self-control, impulsiveness, and try to stretch that black and white thinking!
