đŸ Paws, pints, and peopleâ that's how we do networking in Indy!
Indiana Lightworks teamed up with Specialty Lighting Industries for a dog-friendly happy hour at Metazoa Brewing Company. We were thrilled to reconnect with friends from Creative Engineering Solutions, Halstead Architects, and Loftus Engineers.
Nothing beats good conversation, cold brews, and wagging tails on a weeknight. Here's to more moments like these! đ»

Work hard, play hard.
Last Friday, the Indiana Lightworks team took advantage of beautiful weather right outside our Fishers office for an afternoon of co****le, cold drinks, and great conversation.
Building a winning culture isn't just about what happens inside the officeâit's about the connections we make and the moments we share.

đŻ Leveling up our customer connection game!
Huge congrats to our Lightworks University team who completed 2.5 days of intensive customer-focused selling training.
James Zenor, Patrick McDowell, and Tim O'Sullivan (Indiana Lightworks), Elle Witz (Chicago Lightworks), and Max Taylor (Archetype Services) brought their A-game. They sharpened presentation and sales skills that are core to our strategy. This isn't typical sales training â it's how we build real customer relationships.
Weâre proud of this crew and excited to see these skills in action!

Indiana Lightworks has officially added EWO to its lineup and we are excited to introduce the Eclipse as a standout fixture in the portfolio.
The Eclipse brings something different to outdoor lighting with a modular four segment design that delivers precise illumination exactly where it is needed, paired with a bold RGBW halo that adds color, identity, and visual energy to any space.
Built for modern urban environments, it gives designers and cities the ability to combine performance and creativity in one fixture with flexible mounting and advanced controls.

Indiana Lightworks helped with this recent install at Convivio in Noblesville, IN.
This is the third location for the local Italian concept. The focus was on highlighting the artwork throughout the space using WAC Lighting Ventrx Stealth framing projectors, with Lightheaded LED Pipes integrated across the ceiling.
Our team supported fixture selection, on-site aiming, and final adjustments to make sure each piece is lit properly and the wall reads clean and consistent across the room.

Some fixtures light a space. Others change how you experience it.
MOON by Davide Groppi does the latter.
Handcrafted with layered Japanese paper, each piece captures the texture and depth of the lunar surface. No two are exactly alike. The result is a soft, ambient glow that feels more like an atmosphere than a light source.
A reminder that lighting is not just functional. It is emotional.
At Indiana Lightworks, weâre always drawn to pieces that go beyond performance and into storytelling.
