From chapter president to Leadership Consultant to Fraternity operations, Brother Joe Hiatt, MBA (Nebraska-Kearney, 2024) continues his commitment to Delta Tau Delta in a new role supporting organizational operations and strategic initiatives.
After serving nearly 40 chapters and colonies as a Leadership Consultant, Joe will now help advance operational excellence and organizational effectiveness across the Fraternity.

A proud member of the Epsilon Psi Chapter, Sean brings a strong background in communications, leadership, and member development. As an undergraduate, he served in numerous chapter leadership roles and participated in several of Delta Tau Delta’s premier leadership experiences, including Emerge, Compass + LeaderShape, and Compass + Give to Grow.
