Happy Father's Day and Welcome to Summer this week.

It has been one month since our BODY by GymRoots studio closed in Fishers. We are so grateful for all that was created in that space over the span of 11 years.

We have spent time reflecting and doing deep spring cleaning. We are leaving behind all the beautiful things that no longer contribute in the best way to our collective journey.

Now we are in CREATION mode. We have sharpened and clarified our vision for the next phase of this journey and are thrilled to announce the development of PRANA BAR.

We have found a beautiful location in Carmel, Indiana and are full speed ahead building out all the spaces. Stay tuned here for updates on our progress.

Enjoy the next couple months full of games - including Olympic Trials and the Summer Olympic Games, where you may even see members of our community participating!

The practice of Yoga not only holds the power to calm ourselves. It opens the door to connection with others and fosters a sense of community.

As I was teaching during Saturday's Adaptive class I noticed the enjoyment students were enjoying socializing and being together.
