I completed the design for the remainder of the 1.5 acre property in Meridian-Kessler. A crazy awesome lot in the middle of it all. Site visits make me miss my Broad Ripple days! Adding a parking area close to the front of the house gives it the inviting feel I didn't have upon my first visit. The perimeter plantings will give the home privacy and color using a diverse range of evergreens and deciduous plantings. This project will be phased in, starting with a redo of the sport court and front entry. The large format, natural stone from up front will repeat in the sitting area off of the court.

Another awesome property and this one with my friends at Vibrant Outdoors! This is 1.5 acres in Meridian-Kessler and has incredible potential. We're starting with the entry and street view and will get the remainder designed next week. I despise most groundcovers and this 200' of slope along the sidewalk needed some love. Removing most of the trees and brush along the slope will really open up the space. The large, natural stone wall and gate would give this entry the grandeur it deserves. The plantings and boulders would soften the remaining slope while bringing privacy back to the property. Looking forward to the next step!!!

A special design for a very special property. The pool was shot a couple of weeks ago and will sit until spring. Meanwhile, we can get moving on all the hardscape and boulders as the weather allows! A challenging site with severe slope and elevation change will require 40+ tons of boulders to keep it from sliding into the pond. Looking forward to the progress!!
