Councilor Crystal Neumann

ed to hear about this opportunity to serve the Fishers community. Crystal has a doctorate in business administration. Dr. Neumann previously worked in marketing and market research before she transitioned to higher education to work with and motivate adult learners. Her work has been published in several journals, and she has presented at several national and international conferences. Her commitment and efforts toward making education affordable and accessible were recognized, in which she was selected as an honoree of Reverend Jesse L. Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Excel 2017. She was also inducted into the Indiana Latino Leadership Circle in 2020. Crystal has been a Fishers resident since 2012 with her husband Jörg, sons Eli and Anton, and her two dogs Tippy and Chorizo.
