Fishers Garage Floors

This is how we finished the day. The floor was completely, 100% grounded and then shotblasted. The shotblaster removes the dust in the slab and profiles the floor.

We applied a coat of moisture v***r barrier (MVB) epoxy for the basecoat and then left for the night to let it dry. Allowing the MVB to dry without flake in it gives us the maximum spec for the MVB. Of course, all MVB's require shotblasting.

This is the 2nd house that Rick & Angie had us coat. We agreed to do this garage and the carriage house garage separately, one week apart, so they wouldn't have to store their contents outside.

Full grind. Shot blast. Full base coat without flake. 2nd flake coat and top coat. 2 day process. Not about speed. It's about quality...always.
