If you’re looking for a sign to start that project... this is it. They say they don’t make ‘em like they used to… so we made it better. We stripped back the layers at Denny St to show this house what it was always meant to be.

Wait for the transition at the end. We traded the dark and moody for bright and bougie.

This 1995 executive estate in Walnut Creek was updated to enhance its high-end architectural features and expansive living spaces across 5,129 total livable sqft.

Our renovation scope focused on modernizing the gourmet interior while maintaining the property’s traditional estate-type character:

✔ Gourmet Kitchen Update: Modernized the 342 sqft kitchen area with a center island, breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and a premium appliance package including a gas cooktop and double oven.

✔ Primary Suite Overhaul: Refreshed the 391 sqft upper-level owner’s retreat, featuring an integrated sitting room, walk-in closet with custom shelving, and a gas fireplace.
