Warm neutrals like soft beige, greige, and creamy white help rooms feel bigger, calmer, and “move‑in ready.” They photograph beautifully and give buyers a blank canvas to imagine their own style.

Add personality with small pops of color: a deep green throw pillow, navy artwork, or a muted terracotta vase. These accents create energy without overwhelming the space.

When in doubt, keep walls light, contrast with darker accents, and repeat the same 2–3 colors throughout the home for a polished, designer look.

As we continue to grow and elevate as a brokerage, we’re excited to officially begin rolling out Sisu and introduce our updated compliance process.

Join us next Thursday, July 16 at 11:00 AM Eastern for an informational meeting where we’ll introduce Sisu, walk through what’s changing, how the updated process will work, and most importantly, how utilizing our full tech stack can better support you and your business.

This does not mean additional work for you as an agent. The compliance process itself is not adding more steps or responsibilities to your plate. The primary adjustment will be to the transaction entry form, helping us better connect our systems and streamline the process behind the scenes.

One of the biggest benefits of this rollout is automated tracking and greater visibility into your business. By fully utilizing Sisu, we can move away from shared spreadsheets and manual tracking, creating a more centralized and streamlined way to track transactions, production, goals, and key business activity. This means better visibility for you, better support from the brokerage, and less reliance on disconnected systems and manual updates.

This initial meeting is designed to be an informational overview of what’s coming and how it will benefit both you and the brokerage. Over the following few weeks, we’ll also be hosting a series of trainings to walk you through the system, the updated process, and how to effectively utilize the tools available to you. You will have continued support and opportunities to learn as we move through the rollout together.

This meeting is strongly encouraged for all agents. We’re continuing to invest in systems and tools designed to create smoother processes, stronger support, better visibility, and more opportunities for growth. We want to make sure you understand how to fully take advantage of what’s available to you in the AMR tech stack.

We strongly encourage attending in person at the office when possible, as this will be the best opportunity to engage, ask questions, and get a clear understanding of the rollout. A virtual option will also be available for those unable to attend in person.

As our brokerage grows, our goal is to continue improving the experience for both our agents and our clients. Sisu and the updated compliance process are an important part of that next step, and we’re looking forward to showing you how it all comes together.
