Taylor received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fontbonne University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University. She also earned a certification in Forensic Social Work.

For the past 3.5 years, she has worked as an Inpatient Behavioral Health Case Manager at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, where she collaborated with patients and their families to develop safe and effective discharge plans.

Her true passion is helping people by meeting them where they are in life and providing the support, guidance, and resources they need to succeed. She strives to empower individuals by offering meaningful assistance tailored to their unique situations and goals.

She is excited to join the team and continue growing her skills while making a positive impact.

❓ What is the Service Coordinator position?

Serves as a key connector between the hospital, community partners, and leadership to increase awareness of StepOne Service

Leads outreach efforts by building relationships with community agencies and engaging organizations across the region

Develops and executes monthly outreach plans, including in-person visits, education sessions, and community events

Provides education on admission criteria, insurance processes, and available treatment resources

Maintains strong knowledge of substance use treatment, hospital systems, and community-based resources

Plays a vital role in bridging gaps between healthcare systems and the community to improve outcomes and access to services
