Save 1 CPR

Many people are surprised by how interactive CPR training really is. At Save 1 CPR, we don't just talk about life-saving techniques—we put them into practice. From the moment class begins, students are learning how to recognize emergencies, assess a scene, and perform high-quality CPR using professional training equipment that provides real-time feedback.

As you practice compressions, the training manikins use lights and indicators to show whether you're compressing at the proper depth and speed. Green means you're on track. Red or yellow lets you know adjustments are needed. Students also learn the importance of allowing full chest recoil, counting compressions out loud, checking for responsiveness, and building the confidence needed to react in a real emergency situation. The goal isn't just passing a class. It's preparing people to take action when seconds matter most.
