Experienced Crew Lead
Spectrum Construction is seeking experienced Crew Lead for immediate employment in the Michigan market. The ideal applicant is highly motivated, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Demonstrate mastery of the skills required for independently and fully installing, wiring, and testing of all the various ground level components normally encountered on customer projects.
• Monitor the performance of other crew members for productivity, quality of work, adherence to customer specifications, and adherence to all company policies, procedures, and rules; take corrective action whenever necessary.
• Demonstrates proficiency while operating heavy machinery on construction sites
• The Crew Lead has successfully completed the following courses with proper documentation and certification: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Leadership Training, RF Awareness, First AID/CPR, and DOT Medical Card.
• Must have personal skills including, but not limited to:
• Decision making skills, Problem solving skills, Communication skills, BTS Manager, Web EM Manager, Commissioning and Integrations
• The ability to represent Spectrum Construction Services, Inc. appropriately and effectively in all interactions with the customer’s representatives on all matters concerning project ex*****on.
• The ability to work in a collaborative manner directly with the Operations Manager. This is absolutely essential for successful ex*****on of The Crew Lead position.
• Required: A valid Michigan driver’s license and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s vehicle insurance carrier.
• Required: A valid chauffeurs license to operate all company vehicles.
• Required: 2 years + of infield training

Experienced Tower Technician
Spectrum Construction is seeking experienced Tower technicians for immediate employment in the Michigan market. The ideal applicant is highly motivated, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• The Tower Tech has successfully completed the following courses with proper documentation and certification: competent climber/rescue training, OSHA 10, First AID/CPR, and DOT Medical Card.
• Problem solving skills
• Good Communication skills.
• The ability to represent Spectrum Construction Services, Inc. appropriately and effectively in all interactions with the customer’s representatives on all matters concerning project ex*****on.
• The ability to work in a collaborative manner directly with the Top Hand. This is essential for successful ex*****on of the Tower Tech position.
