We run a 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school, with a focus on philosophy, chakra theory, Ayurveda, asana, pranayama, body positive yoga and mindfulness. We have a wide range of classes and teachers and workshop offerings. We are continuously updating our knowledge as a studio and as teachers. We teach traditional hatha yoga with a mindfulness focus and a deep rooted love and appreciation for this sacred practice.
