Season it GOOD on both sides, pat that seasoning in, and don’t forget the sides because flavor matters all the way around 😅💛
Then into the hot pan for that beautiful sizzle 👀🔥
And listen… once it hits the pan, LEAVE IT ALONE 😂👏🏽
After about a minute to a minute and a half, flip it, add the herbs and butter, and start basting 😌✨
And y’all already know… we gotta make sure that fat cap gets some love too 🔥
