Our POPS series continues this Friday!
You will not want to miss this dive in to the wonderful world of getting airborne.
Work on those tuck sits everyone, you will need them for class, Friday at 7pm.

During class on Friday, we introduced a new progression from reverse star, which will lead in to a never-been-taught washing machine!
The beginning students were turned upside-down and tried their hand at shoulder stands.
We love watching all of you progress and grow with each class!

And a reminder that we will not have class next week, Friday August 17th.
