I have some sad updates
We will be temporarily closing our doors. Do to life changes and medical issues after my car accident we are not able to function at the capacity we use to. For 11 years I have run this rescue for all animals but especially those that are turned away from others rescues or shelters because they need special care or trianing. This is a heartbreaking decision as I know if I close my door what will happen. There are other rescues, people and trainers who can help you with your situations. Please don't give up on your pets. I highly recommend everyone have pet insurance. If you have pet insurance many pay for trianing for behavioral issues that may arrise. They do not pay for pre existing conditions.
I will take some time in the next month to post some good resources for others in the comments of this post. I will be Turing off notifications as it is heartbreaking to get messages about animals I know I can't help right now. I hope to reopen our doors in in the future. Thank you all so much for all your support over the years. I couldn't have done it without you.

These sweet dachshund boys have been waiting for months to find their forever families. It would be best they go separately. Buddy is fun, playful and energetic. Guy is sweet, soft and snuggly but will still play both are very shy at first and take a little time to warm up. Both are good with other dogs and cats. No children under 10.
