Just a giant creating dishes with gigantic flavors & sharing my passion for international cuisine with everyone. My focus to is to create, share and teach people how to create some of their favorite dishes from all over the world.
We had a blast catering Galts Event last night! From mouth-watering Inarizuzhi to delectable mushrooms tartlets, we served up some of our best dishes and received rave reviews from guests.
