So are the laws of Love provable and repeatable for adjusting any situation. That is why people today are achieving the same kind of healings that Jesus accomplished when he first modeled how to apply the spiritual laws. An understanding based on God’s infinite goodness and absolute power makes it possible to recognize the activity of unconditional, never-ending Love in what appears to be chaos, p

Whew! This was a difficult challenge.

When I checked on my role two days before our coming event, I received a surprise. My co-organizer planned to present the event with a different partner. My shocked expression wasn’t visible in our phone chat, but the inner turmoil this stirred up knotted my insides. This was not our original vision. Should I exit the project? Why wasn’t I informed about this in advance? I felt angry and betrayed. Those heightened emotions alerted me to get rid of resentment. I began some self-reflection.

A) Remember to express humility in all things.
B)Humility means there is never a moment outside of God’s government.
C) God, the source of all good, is guiding me for my growth and well-being.
D) Let go of my vision for the outcome – “Not my will, but Thy will be done.”
E) Adopt a new viewpoint - I could see how this new plan benefitted our goal.

Mary Baker Eddy says in her Miscellaneous Writings, p. 356, “One can never go up, until one has gone down in his own esteem.” On the day of the event, I felt excited to be on the sidelines for the new plans. Then, my co-organizer’s partner didnt show up! I was called upon to help. The activities unfolded in a wonderful way and people had fun. I loved how my co-organizer handled things. On p. 358 of the same article, Mary Baker Eddy says, “Self-knowledge, humility, and love are divine strength.” By the end of the event, I knew I was ready to move forward with my co-organizer. I felt stronger and more filled with love.

Have you struggled with anger and resentment? Have you had a humbling experience? We’d love to read your comments.
