He passed many years ago and I inherited some of his equipment, more specifically an old Bader bench model 2 and a couple drill presses. I never put to tools to use until now. As of now mid-2015, I have a handful of knives under my belt. I have had many hobbies in the past, but I definitely got the itch for making knives. I will post finished knives on this site and in-progress pics on Facebook and Instagram.

Today was a big day. First time firing up the press and forging since November 3, 2024—first time back since the accident about a year and a half ago.
Worked on some san mai and random pattern damascus. Had a weld split on me so I had to use some flux. I’ll get the hang of it again. Good to be back.
