we also have cheese platters for your enjoyment and make a few coctails from our meads. Prairie Rose Meadery opened 5-29-15 producing several Meads (Honey Wine). Our first three meads are a Sweet Traditional, A Sweet Ginger Mead and a Semi-Sweet Blackberry. We have a tasting room where you can sample our Mead with a tasting platter or buy glasses of Mead and purchase bottles to take home. We also have small cheese plates to go with the Meads.
