B.D.S. Books

Dear Book Lovers,
Before you hear any misinformation, I have this news:
Your favorite F-M area general used books seller lost his rural home to fire on Saturday.
I have no more information. The destruction was so complete that it's unlikely fire inspectors can determine a cause. My guess is a mouse chewing on wire.
If I learn more, I'll pass it on.

B.D.S. Books will be open usual hours, unless I have to run to buy something or meet with Red Cross or other helpful people and I'll put a note in the window about when I'll be back.

So if you've been dreaming about or wishing for more books, please come in soon ... 'cuz I'll need the money!!!

May none of you have to go through such a catastrophe.

Book lovers and readers, I plan to go to the Thursday showing of this film.
I encourage all who have thoughts about book-banning to see it.
If you plan to visit B.D.S. Books store Thursday evening, I suggest you call 701-232-4551 to find out if the store is open. It might be; "The Elf" has suggested he'd keep the store open until its usual Thursday closing at 8 p.m.

If I'm still doing this 24 years from now, I hope I won't wear my jeans so high!!!
