Our DOVS mission is to provide education and support for volunteerism by building effective leaders. The goals of our organization are to provide education on volunteerism and coordination; to provide an opportunity to exchange information and ideas; to advocate for volunteers and volunteer coordinators; to promote a greater appreciation, understanding and utilization of volunteer services; and to provide workshops for continuing education.
