We look for speakers who don't just talk about leadership, but who've been shaped by it.

Karli Moch is that person. If you've been with us the last two years, you've already seen her on the breakout stage. This year she steps onto a bigger one.

She's a Leadership and Culture Coach, a certified Dream Manager, and the author of Battle to Breakthrough. But it's not the titles that made us pick up the phone.

It's her story. In 2017, a life-threatening illness took Karli from a thriving corporate career to a near-death experience in weeks. It reshaped everything she believed about success, identity, and purpose. She came out of it leading from surrender instead of striving, vulnerability instead of performance.

She embodies everything we're about at Faith Forward, and she already knows this community inside and out. She understands the assignment.

Our August Breakfast & Bibles speaker is Kelsey Buell, founder of You Flourish Company. And here's the fun part: Kelsey is actually the one who started Breakfast & Bibles several years ago before it moved under the Faith Forward umbrella in 2025!

Kelsey is passionate about helping people flourish personally and professionally, and she's found that a strong Christian faith is the key to living a truly flourishing life. We can't wait for you to hear from her.
