Sherry squats a big personal best of 135lbs (and with a long pause at the bottom)!

Sherry began training with me just over a year ago. At the time she began her squats with the empty 33lb. barbell and struggled to get near the bottom range of motion.

The saying goes that we overestimate what we can do in the short term and underestimate what we can do in the long term. Most folks aren't thinking in terms of years when it comes to exercise. it's remarkable what can be done with 2-3 days per week of training. It's not easy, but you will learn something about yourself in the process.
