Our Sterling Construction team chose Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity as their Charity of Choice in 2025. By dedicating all of their volunteer hours for the year, they secured a $2,000 donation to support Habitat’s mission.

Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity helps local families build strength, stability, and self‑reliance through affordable homeownership. Their work creates lasting change by providing safe, stable places to call home.

Our Marketing team chose Heart-n-Soul Community Café as their Charity of Choice in 2025. By dedicating all of their volunteer hours for the year, they secured a $1,500 donation to support the café’s mission.

Heart & Soul Community Café works to reduce food insecurity by providing pay‑what‑you‑can meals, fostering connection, and creating a welcoming space where everyone has a seat at the table.

Tara Renze's keynote at last week's Summit, Be Who You Came to Be, challenged our teams at Goldmark and Sterling Management to lead with more honesty, courage, and ownership. It was a reminder that positivity is a choice, authenticity is a strength, and the way we show up each day shapes the experience of the people we serve.

That message resonated across both organizations.
