Fargo-native Andrea Baumgardner got her culinary start at Leeby’s, the area’s original artisanal market and delicatessen. A college year abroad in France and Spain ignited her passion for food, after which she pursued her culinary degree at CCA in San Francisco. She worked at Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse (the James Beard award-winning farm to table restaurant), Arnold Wong’s Eos, and Carlo Middione’
