My go-to training split is Upper / Lower β and thereβs a reason legs get their OWN day.
Lower body training hits the CNS so much harder, and separating it lets you push both workouts to their peak without frying your system. Since switching to this split (plus fasted training and an animal-based diet), Iβve gained pounds of muscle in weeks β not years.
Fasted sessions mimic our ancestral movement patterns, and pairing that with beef + eggs has turned my recovery and growth into something completely different.
