I am looking to hire a new part time team member here in Fargo to help serve our great customers as we continue to grow. As an Insurance Associate, responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting policy reviews/consultations with current and prospective clients, actively prospecting new business opportunities, keeping detailed record of business interactions, and staying up-to-date on both state and agency required trainings. Experience in the Insurance industry is not needed. Looking for a friendly and out going person with customer service experience. Offering a compensation plan with base pay, commissions and bonus potential. Also offering flexible scheduling, top-notch products and services. Insurance license is not required to be hired but applicant will need to pass state licensing once hired. On the job training will be provided.
