We are very pleased to highlight Joseph Farrell as our July Team Member Spotlight at 11th Hour Service.

Joseph is a Senior Accountant who provides financial management support on a critical government program. This has been a particularly challenging assignment due to multiple operational disruptions over the past year. As operations resumed, Joseph was among the first team members requested to return to support essential financial management and accounting functions.

This recognition reflects the significant impact Joseph has made through his dedication and outstanding performance. His strong work ethic, effectiveness, and collaborative approach have earned recognition from the customer. Joseph consistently demonstrates the core values and commitment to customer service excellence that define 11th Hour Service.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Keita Franklin, PhD to the 11th Hour Service Board of Directors!

With more than 30 years of experience advancing large-scale systems change across the federal and healthcare sectors, Dr. Franklin has focused on su***de prevention, behavioral health, substance use, and the integration of public health approaches within complex organizations. She has served in senior executive roles within the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs, advancing initiatives that support service members, veterans, and their families, while continuing to contribute to the field as a scholar, author, and practitioner.

A published author, scholar, and practitioner, Dr. Franklin currently serves as Vice President of Health Care Strategy at TriWest Healthcare Alliance and Co-Director of the Columbia Lighthouse Project. Her book, *The Humanity Cure: How Small Acts Can Change the World*, was just released in May 2026.

We are honored to have her voice and vision guiding the strategic direction of 11th Hour Service.
