I believe that true purpose connects us to others when we fulfill it! This page is an extension of my purpose and therefore is intended to foster my connection with people! As a certified life coach and speaker it is my purpose and passion to help others identify and obtain a fulfilling life for themselves. Was granted the opportunity to speak to the student athletes at Eleanor Roosevelt Senior High yesterday...it was a great experience helping them to advance to the next level of their lives!

I've learned from experience that you have to first put into your relationships what you desire to get out of it! If you want to be heard, then listen; if you want to be thanked then say thank you; if you want to be cooked for, then get to cooking for them! Stop talking about what you want an out of it and start putting what you want into it!!

Each of us has a need to have our souls filled...often we search outside of ourselves for soulfulness (food, church, art) in hopes of fulfilling that need. But the truth is that soulfulness is really so•full•ness...it is when you're so full of life, so full of love, and so full of lesson that your cup runs over and you lack nothing!
