Join us for a fun yoga class filled with laughter, cuddles, and adoptable kittens.

Kitten season is here, and Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary (FAS) needs our support. It costs FAS over $150 per kitten to provide spay/neuter procedures, microchipping, vaccinations, food, litter, and daily care.

Discover how sound and vibration can support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being in this interactive Introduction to Sound Healing Workshop.

Through discussion, demonstration, and guided experience, we’ll explore the principles of sound healing and how sound is used in both group sound baths and one-on-one sessions.

Participants will have the opportunity for hands-on experience with a variety of instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes, flutes, rattles, and more.

Led by Lee Beckler, trauma-informed yoga teacher and lead sound healer at Sage Yoga Studios, this workshop offers a grounded and welcoming space to explore the healing power of sound.
