Both David and Linda grew up in the greater Los Angeles area, and after they married in 1978, purchased a 5 acre parcel in northern San Diego County in Fallbrook, Ca., in 1979. After having 2 children, the Promack family relocated permanently to Fallbrook. David was a pharmacist by trade, but his passion was farming.
