Once our Sakura tomato plants are strong and well-established, it’s time for the next step—moving into the greenhouse. Each plant is carefully transplanted, where it has the space and support to reach its full potential.

In the greenhouse, we guide their growth vertically using trellising, allowing for better light exposure, airflow, and fruit development. Climate conditions are closely managed to create the ideal environment, while irrigation and nutrition are fine-tuned to match each stage of growth.

As the plants settle in, they quickly shift their energy toward flowering and fruiting. With consistent care and monitoring, clusters of vibrant Sakura tomatoes begin to form.

It’s a seamless transition—from carefully nurtured seedlings to thriving, productive plants—bringing us one step closer to harvest.

Winter work for summer fruit.

Over the winter, we carefully pruned our peach trees to build strong structure and set the stage for a productive season. By opening up the canopy, we allow more sunlight and airflow to reach every branch—key to healthy growth and high-quality fruit.

That quiet, behind-the-scenes work now pays off as the trees push toward a season of abundant, beautiful peaches.
