Awesome turn-out for our Saturday Country Strong session at Wholly You Fitness today! 💥 We kicked things off with a pure, heavy cardio session to get the engines firing, and then the crew shifted into team-mode. Huge thank you to everyone who stayed after to put in the work and get everything fully set up and ready for tomorrow's big DEKA event! 🙌 That is what community is all about.
