Okay everyone!
we have at least two days of severe heat coming!
DO DRINK LOTS OF FLUIDS preferably water or gatorade or juices. Limit your caffeine and your sodas.
eat moderately and often.
Watch for signs of dehydration in you and in others.
Limit your time in the Sun and save all activities until evening when it is cooler.
Yes the air conditioner at the shop is on, and if you want to come and sit a bit you are welcome to!.
